DURATION: 1 Year and 1 day .

PRICE: The agreed purchase price is the quoted price in   USD or EUR as set forth in the latest valid Second Fixing Rate (PM) issued by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) on the Day-of-Transaction. In the event that the LBMA is not operating on that scheduled day, the price calculation used shall be based on second LBMA fixing of the next change to last Market opening day and per  tranche.

AGE:   Below 5 years

DISCOUNT: 12% Gross Discount /9% Net to Buyer

COMMISSION: 3% Commission, as stated below:;1.5% to Seller's side (CLOSED) &1.5% to Buyer's side (OPEN)

Term of Payment: Swift Mt799/ MT760/MT103-23  POF.

CONTRACT PROCEDURE:

1.         Seller issues FCO to end buyer, valid for 5 days.

1. Seller agrees to issue Full Corporate Offer (FCO) with banking coordinates and contract number to end Buyer, valid for 5 days.

2. Buyer or Buyer’s Mandate agrees to return signed, sealed FCO as acceptance of terms and conditions.

3. Seller submit Draft Sales and Purchase Contract for Buyer’s approval or amendments if any and buyer submit signed and sealed IMFPA for Seller’s acceptance.

4.  After mutual agreement, Buyer or Buyer’s Mandate and Seller or Seller’s Mandate sign and seal the  Sales and Purchase Contract with full banking coordinates.

5. The Buyer bank swift the instrument (POF) via MT799 (Unblocked Funds) Proof of fund as collateral against gold according to Seller bank accepted verbiage

6. The Seller bank replies with POP within 24 Hrs. via MT600

7. The Buyer bank swift the instrument (POF) via MT799 block fund according to Seller bank accepted verbiage

          A. Buyers Bank  issues the Letter Of Invitation to seller after seller's bank confirmation of the  POF via MT799 Block fund  for the TTM at buyer's bank or the sellers bank .

B. Seller and seller mandate will fly in for the TTM in buyer's or the sellers bank.

C. Buyer and seller sign, seal the hard copies contract.

D. Buyer will retain two sets of the hard copies of contracts and forward a set to buyer's bullion officer.

8. Seller Bullion Offer will transfer the agreed amount of the Hallmarked Bars tranches, transfer of Ownership and all the required documents to Buyer’s Bullion Officer, Buyer’s Bullion Officer will remit via swift/wire transfer within 24 hours against the transfer of Ownership of the metals.

9. Seller will pay commission immediately and without delay to each appointed paymaster or beneficiary after delivery and as per Terms and Conditions of the IMFPA.
