A) REQUESTED PROCEDURE:
1.
The
Seller sends the SKR Document from the Security Company which confirms the
availability of the .
2.
The
Seller sends a Contract (Sales and Purchase Agreement) for the Buyer to sign
and return.
3.
The
Buyer upon returning the Contract shall instruct His Bank to send the Seller’s
Bank a verifiable Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) in the Full Amount for
verification.
4.
Once
the Seller’s Bank has verified the BCL the Seller will arrange necessary Exporting
& KPC Documents.
5.
The
Seller arranges the delivery of the Package via Brinks or Malca Amit and
provides the Buyer with the Copies of the KPC and Receipt from the Forwarding
Company.
6.
Once
the Buyer has received the KPC and Brinks/Malca Amit Receipt, He shall issue an
MT-760 Financial Instrument or ANY Instrument required by the Seller’s Bank.
The Instrument shall be conditioned to be Paid Once the Seller’s and Buyer’s
Gemmologists have inspected the Stones at the Buyer’s Destination in Switzerland.
7.
Once
the Gemmological Inspection has been completed, the Buyer shall instruct His
Bank to release the Funds into the Seller’s Bank and the Seller transfers the
Ownership to the Buyer.

THE SELLER MUST HAVE A EUROPEAN BANK ACCOUNT)
