100% Telegraphic Transfer at Seller’s warehouse after SGS inspection and CC loaded into containers, or ready for bulk shipment
Buyer will travel to seller’s warehouse.
Buyer will organize for a SGS inspection of the stock (at Buyer’s cost)
After SGS supplies their report of quality and quantity as per SPA, and the Copper cathode has been loaded into containers, OR, made ready for bulk shipment, the Buyer will pay 100% of total price by TT.
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE PRODUCT IS REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S WAREHOUSE.
The Buyer’s shipping agent will remove the sealed containers from the Seller’s warehouse and take them to docks ready to be loaded on board the ship (at Buyer’s cost)
This is an Ex Works transaction and all shipping and insurance charges are paid by the Buyer.
The Buyer (or his Rep) as well as SGS are on site at all time supervising the checking of the CC, and the loading and sealing of containers
