PAYMENT:
100% payment thru Irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, divisible, letter of credit established thru an international bank acceptable to seller and their bank. Payable at sight against shipping documents and SGS or equivalent inspection agencies certificate for quantity, quality and specification.
TRANSACTION PROCEDURES
1. Seller forward Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
2. Buyer returns the FCO, duly signed and accepted along with an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) containing full banking details (TOP 20) and major AAA Bank, for soft probe by the seller to ascertain buyer’s financial capability.
3. Seller accept the ICPO in writing and issue the sellers bank details and LC terms, and contract
4. Buyer sign the contract and return to seller
5. Buyer establish the LC
6. Seller confirms the receipt of LC at their bank, and contract commence.
