Weighing, sampling and analysis:

The buyer is entitled to for providing an independent surveyor acceptable to the Seller present during the weighing, sampling and analysis procedures for the cargo, which shall be valid for both parties.

Payment

CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR PAYMENT.

The payment has to be done by transfer once the copper ore is moving out from seller´s warehouse in according to the weight of the ore removed.
